In the course of the sitting it was declared that the Bill (Reg. No5447) "Recognition as such that lost their validity certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine regarding the initial legislative acts of Ukraine that actually have no force though have not lost their validity in course of dealing." The bill also contains principles on the free use mechanism for the citizens of Ukraine of the full version of informational-searching system "Legislation of Ukraine" and for the courts, prosecution services, Ministry on Internal Affairs, SSU, state power bodies and local self-government, educational establishments and libraries full version of informational-searching system "Legislation."
Legislative initiative was actually upheld by the Committee though, the Committee deems the Bill does not suppose complex and systemic approach to the solving of the problem of inventorying of legal-normative acts with involving broad circle of the state specialized bodies and educational institutions.
According to the People´s Deputies the proposition to recognize a number of bills as such that lost their validity is insufficiently proved.
